Return, Exchange, Shipping,
& Damage Replacement Policies

Return & Exchange Policy 

  1. We do not take any assembled, installed, special order cabinets or used accessories for return or exchange

  2. Any service-related fees, such as assembly, modification, shipping, or delivery fees, are non-refundable. All return shipment charges from Pioneer truck, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or LTL shipments are the customer's own responsibility

    1. For small package returns we offer return shipping labels and package pick up scheduling services, but please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping charges or related service charges

    2. For LTL shipment returns we do not offer any LTL shipment booking or packing services for return shipments. The customer is to organize such return shipment details individually or through a third-party company

  3. All return items would be checked and inspected by the warehouse before any refund or credit can be issued. No refund or credit is guaranteed until the warehouse approves of any return items.

  4. Any orders past 60 days following the packing shipped date are automatically disqualified for return or exchanges.

Missing Items & Shipment Damages 

  1. The customer is responsible for verifying, upon pickup/delivery, the quantity, color, and size of all the shipped items listed on the packing slip to be accurate with what they have received. It is the customer's sole responsibility for any missing or lost items following pick-up/delivery.

  2. Report any missing shipment items or shipping damages to the shipper within 5 days of shipment delivery. Failure to do so, could result in disqualification for damage replacement claim.

  3. For any customers who book their own carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, LTL), all transportation related damages would need to be claimed to the carrier on the customer's own responsibility, and additional purchases may be required. 

Damage Replacement Policy

  1. Please double check every cabinet or accessory you receive when you've just opened the box

  2. If you have found any manufacturing damages within 60 days from the packing slip's shipped date or shipment delivery date, please take a picture or a video while the cabinets are still in their original, just unboxed, condition

  3. Once the cabinets or accessories have been installed, assembled, or used, we are unable to do any return, exchanges, or replacements, as we are unable to determine the origins of defects anymore. Additional purchases may be required.

  4. For any Pioneer Cabinetry cabinet products or parts qualified under our damage replacement policy or warranty coverage may be selectively repaired or replaced with a functionally equivalent part, not entire cabinet replacement

  5.  All replacement shipments are going to be shipped via UPS ground shipments or standard speed LTL shipping unless otherwise requested

    1. For replacements requiring for expedited shipping, the customer will need to pay for the price difference between the ground shipment or standard LTL shipping price and the expedited shipping price
