Limited Lifetime Warranty

Pioneer Cabinetry offers 5 years of residential warranty and 1 year of commercial warranty with proof of purchase from the original consumer purchaser. This warranty will not be transferable to subsequent owners. No employee of Pioneer Cabinetry has the authority to alter the obligations or limitations of any Pioneer Cabinetry warranty.

Our cabinet’s hardware - the door hinges and drawer slides - shall be free from defects in material, and will be replaceable and covered under this warranty. Any Pioneer Cabinetry cabinet products or parts qualified under our damage replacement policy or warranty coverage may be selectively repaired or replaced with a functionally equivalent product or parts. Some qualifying replacement parts are subject to availability and may occur to have a longer lead time. Pioneer Cabinetry would take responsibility for all replacement material fees and standard delivery charges; however, the original consumer purchaser would be responsible to bear all other expenses that may incur from the replacement taking place, this encompasses, but is not limited to cost of removal, cost of re-installation, additional materials fees resulting from re-installation needs, or labor expenses.

Natural wood products may vary in color, characteristics, and wood grain, moreover they may exhibit subtle changes as they age. Additional factors, including, but without limitation to, household cleaners, moisture exposure, smoke, sunlight, extreme temperature changes, and other environmental conditions can also cause discoloration or natural aging in our wood cabinets. For example, painted doors, drawer fronts, and face frames may eventually have visible cracking around the joint area, and cabinet colors may darken or lighten over time from usage and its surrounding factors. For stained cabinets, different patterns of the grain and discoloration are not seen as imperfections, considering that there is natural variation in woods and wood products when maintaining elements of their innate characteristics.

Under normal conditions, all woods and wood products retain a certain amount of humidity and can readily exchange moisture with its surrounding environment. This attribute applies to all wood products, even after they have been finished and coated. High humidity conditions may cause the wood to expand as it absorbs additional moisture. Conversely, low humidity conditions may result in moisture being lost, which can cause the wood to contract. In the events of wood expansion and contraction, it is normal that such changes may potentially create open joints in the finish of painted cabinetry. The presence of an open joint line is considered an acceptable characteristic in the cabinet industry and is not regarded as a defect, as these issues are common in wood-related products.

This warranty does not cover for normal wear and tear, damage or defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly, intentional damages, exposure to the elements; for instance, humidity which may result in warping or splitting of the wood, accidental misuse, abuse, negligence, lack of necessary maintenance, acts of God, alterations, modifications, improper installation, improper handling or storage, or other environmental conditions.

The following warranty is valid only within the limits of the United States and Canada. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which may vary amongst different states and provinces. Certain states or provinces do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not be applicable to you.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY OF PIONEER CABINETRY AND, IN LIEU OF PIONEER CABINETRY, DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
