Delivery Process & Receiving Guide

Local Delivery Guideline

​

  1. All delivery would be curbed side delivery to the garage unless pre-required request with sales for second floor moving. 

  2. All delivery time-frame that is provided would be subjected to change in some unexpected circumstances

 

Before delivery:

  1. Customer would be responsible for double checking the delivery address listed in the sales order

    1. If the address is incorrect, please notify the sales team at least 1 day ahead before delivery

    2. If the address was not informed prior as incorrect, then we will deliver to the address as listed on the packing slip

    3. Address change on site would require additional charges. In this case, customer would be required to contact our sales team in order to inform our delivery guys to the correct address

  2. Customer would be responsible for double checking the order to make sure all color, quantity, and size are correct before confirming the order

    1. If the cabinets are in incorrect color, please notify the sales team before the scheduled assembly or delivery date

    2. If the cabinets are in incorrect color without prior notification of our sales team for changes, then we will deliver as scheduled and following the packaging slip

      1. Please immediately notify the sales team if this situation occurs on site during delivery

      2. Customers would be accountable and responsible for any additional charges including rerouting, labor, etc.

      3. Same-day delivery would not available for any second attempt 

  3. If no one would be on site to receive the delivery, please contact your designated sales person to leave the following delivery instructions

    1. Key code(s) and point of entry for delivery

      1. ex. Gate code is 1234 and the garage code is 5678 OR side gate will be unlocked

    2. Where to leave the cabinets 

      1. if preferring a different location to leave the cabinets other than curbside or garage, please specify ahead of time to your sales representative

 

When the delivery arrives:

  1. Match items on the lists with the actual arrived items

    1. Verify that the quantity, color, and size of all the shipped items listed on the packing slip matches the actual arrived items.

  2. Double check that the QTY come as stated on the packing slip

  3. If there are any missing items, make a note on the packing slip before signing off on the document

  4. If there are any noticeable damages upon delivery, take a picture of the damaged parts and make a note on the packing slip. 

    1. Report any missing items or transportation damages to the seller within 7 days of delivery 

 

After delivery:

  1. It is the customer's sole responsibility for any missing or lost items following delivery
  2. During the assembly process (if the cabinets were delivered as flat packed)

  3. Double check every cabinet or accessory you receive when you've just opened the box

  4. If you have found any manufacturing damages, please take a picture or a video while the cabinets are still in their original, just unboxed, condition. Claim any manufacturing damage replacements within 60 days of the shipment's delivery date

LTL Receiving Process 

​

When the delivery arrives before signing the proof of delivery (POD):

  1. Check that the pallets and boxes QTY arrive correctly 

    1. Pallet QTY and Box QTY come as stated on the signature sheet

    2. If there are any missing boxes or pallets, make a note on the POD before signing off on the shipment 

  2. Check around the pallets to see if there is any scratches or damage to the boxes or pallets

    1. If there is, take a picture of the scratched parts and make a note on the POD. 

      1. Report any missing or shipping damages to the shipper within 5 days of delivery

    2. If there is no scratches/damage on the outside, proceed with the next step

  3. Open the packing lists that is enclosed and sticked on the pallet 

 

After unwrapping the pallet:

  1. Match items on the lists with the actual arrived items

    1. Verify that the quantity, color, and size of all the shipped items listed on the packing slip matches the actual arrived items.

  2. If there are any items missing from the actual shipment but listed as shipped on the packing list, contact your sales rep within 5 days of delivery to resolve the problem immediately.

  3. It is the customer's sole responsibility for any missing or lost items following pick-up/delivery.
