Layout Remeasurement Checklist

***Layout measurements depends solely on the contractors and homeowners (please remeasure if needed), if there are any incorrect items or measurements in your layout, please let us know before we process your order, otherwise Pioneer Cabinetry will not be responsible for any incorrect items in the quote due to the quote being followed by the layout***

1. Remeasure all wall dimensions

2. Remeasure window location(s) and window width(s)

3. Remeasure ceiling height 

4. Note for any beams, vaulted ceilings, pony walls, and any other additional obstacles or obtrusive structures

5. Recheck island length and width (if applicable)

6. Recheck appliances locations and dimensions

   1. Kitchen layouts

      1. Sink plumbing location & dimensions

      2. Dishwasher plumbing location & dimensions

      3. Range electrical outlet location & dimensions

      4. Fridge electrical outlet location & dimensions

      5. Microwave hood/range hood location & dimensions

      6. Built-in oven(s)/microwave(s) electrical outlet location(s) & cut out dimensions (if applicable)

      7. Undercounter appliance(s) electrical outlet location(s) & dimensions (if applicable)   

   2. Vanity layouts

      1. Sink plumbing location & dimensions

   3. Laundry Room layouts

      1. Washer plumbing location, electrical outlet location, & dimensions

      2. Dryer vent location, electrical outlet location, & dimensions

      3. Sink plumbing location & dimensions (if applicable)
